At 2pm on 1st June 2022 (just before the Jubilee Bank Holiday) I discovered the property I am buying needed a Mundic Survey … More as it was built before 1960. By 3pm Jackie had liaised with the Estate Agent and arranged the Survey for Wednesday 8th June with the promise of the results on Friday 10th June.
